Alex Young Lions Football Club (Alex Young Lions Football Club) is a non-profit organisation based in Cape Town, South Africa.
Our Mission
To empower the youth of South Africa, guiding them towards a better life. We focus on developing quality players who possess the knowledge and life skills necessary for a healthy, productive future, and who can positively impact their communities.
For the past five years, we have closely worked with children aged 6-16, witnessing their challenges, triumphs, and transformations. Football is their passion as much as it is ours. Sport serves as a vital tool for uniting people, and through it, we create and experience extraordinary moments.
We emphasize morals and values, integrating them into daily life, while also providing these young individuals with magical experiences they might not otherwise encounter.
Our goal is to shape them into strong, self-sufficient, and driven young adults.

Alex Young Lions Football Club was founded by professional soccer
player, Christian Alder in 2016.
The vision of Alex Young Lions Football Club is to guide the kids with hope & passion for a better future. Our aim is to develop their skill set and knowledge. Building opportunities on and off the field and teaching them life skills, looking after their health and creating a platform where they can take responsibility!
